EASA Part-66 Category B1.1 Licence (B1 Licence)

We have been delivering aircraft maintenance EASA Part-66 Licenced courses for many years to some of the world's leading aviation and maintenance organisations.

There are three main categories of licence. Below you will find the EASA definition of the CAT B1.1 Licence and modules:

CAT B1.1 Licence: Permits the holder to issue certifications of release to service following maintenance, including aircraft structure, power plants and mechanical and electrical systems. Authorisation to replace avionic LRUs requiring simple tests to prove their serviceability is also permitted.

*Please note that M11 and M15 are taught using a mix of computer based training (JAMF) and instructor lead classroom teaching. Should you reside outside of the EU there will be additional charges to couries the JAMF laptop and notes to you. We can provide the notes in PDF format and send via sendspace.

JAMF

M6 and M7 require some up front self study (approx 1 week per module) prior to attending the classroom based training. Notes will be emailed once payment has been received.
